Manchester To Give Town Website A Makeover

​ Manchester officials are seeking input from residents to help guide them with the website update.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester officials are in the process of revamping the town's website and seeks input from the public to help assist with the upgrade.

"Your feedback and input are crucial in helping us create a user-friendly, inclusive, and accessible website for all in the community," town officials said in a news release.

Town officials are asking residents to complete this online survey. (A Spanish version can be found here.)

The survey takes about 10 minutes or less to complete. Some of the questions asked, include:

  • Over the last 12 months, how frequently did you visit the town's website?
  • What tasks do you recall trying to complete on the website? Please list as many as you can remember.
  • I quickly and easily find what I am looking for. Agree or disagree?
  • The information is current, accurate and up to date. Agree or disagree?
  • How would you grade the Town of Manchester website?
