Manchester Man Dies In 'Suspicious' New Haven Parking Garage Fall: PD
At 2 a.m. Sunday, flagged down by a bystander, cops find the 23-year-old victim, who was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Just before 2 a.m., Sunday, patrol cops were flagged down near the Crown Street G by a person who said someone had fallen from the garage, police posted to "X."
Police said that the New Haven fire department was already "on scene for a separate incident and immediately attempted life-saving measures."
The victim, a 23-year-old Manchester resident, was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital a couple of blocks away, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

A crime scene was established, police said, adding that detectives are "working to determine what happened to the victim, and will be following up with investigative leads." Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or may have the information valuable to investigators to call detectives at 203-946-6304 or via the anonymous tip line at 866-888 -8477.
