Frederick Frank Nordi, no age given, of 37 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Angel Jonathan Sanchez, no age given, of 131 Glenwood St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Richard Joseph Lombard, no age given, of 393 Main St. #127, East Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order. 

Kristen Elizabeth Degreenia, no age given, of 1335 Shadow Lake Rd., Concord, VT, was charged with failure to appear. 

Lester Abraham Fantauzzi, no age given, of 11 King Arthur Dr., Niantic, was charged with first-degree arson, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Kora Kapis, no age given, of 205 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Latavia Leggetti, no age given, of 82 North Queen's Court, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police. 

Andrew Labbe, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with first-degree criminal trespass after police say he turned up at his stepmother's house with a cut wrist. Labbe was transported to Hartford Hospital after his arrest. 

Kimmel W. Robinson, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with interfering with police, breach of peace and two counts of violation of probation. 

Ryan Scott Donbar, no age given, of 240 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.
