Manchester Police Blotter: Criminal Impersonation, Identity Theft and Assault of a Police Officer

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 14, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 12 

Ryan Richard Villandry, no age given, of 106 Hawthorn St., Manchester, was charged with failure to respond to a violation. 

Harley John Sutherland, 26, of 106 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Blake S. Freeman, no age given, of 153 Wetherell St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

John T. Glasper, 31, of 20 Florence St., Hartford, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell.

Joann Vargas, 47, of 33 Ashworth St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possess of heroin with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Roberto Colon Jr., 27, of 33 Ashworth St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possess of heroin with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and criminal possession of a firearm. 

Justin R. Herrera, 24, of 33 Ashworth St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possess of heroin with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and criminal possession of a firearm. 

Katharina Rose Maynes, no age given, of 104 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault of a public safety or emergency personnel officer, two counts of interfering with an officer and two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she turned over furniture and attacked her husband in front of their two young children. 

Michael Jay Turner, 37, of 51 Hartford Tpke., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear, interfering with an officer and possession of narcotics. 

Beswick A. Beluauis, no age given, of 160 Cooper Hill St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Eric Lorenzo Mandry, no age given, of 55 Marjorie Lane, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Damion J. Sparrow, no age given, of 62 Sharon St., Hartford, was charged with failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

April 13

Philip C. Rockett, no age given, of 110 Russell St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Landon Ward Pittiford, no age given, of 24 Knighton St., Manchester, was charged with criminal impersonation, identity theft, criminal attempt and sixth-degree larceny. 

Alejandra M. Ekis, no age given, of 44 Richard Rd., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Eric Gerald Jenkins, no age given, of 66D Ambassador Dr., Manchester, was charged with first-degree burglary, interfering with an officer, three counts of criminal mischief and breach of peace. 

Jessica Ludwig, no age given, of 33 Hamilton Rd., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Timothy Kissell, no age given, of 48 Gerard St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Rachel E. Virkler, no age given, of 170 Jobs Hill Rd., Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Raeann J. Gilbert, no age given, of 63 Florence St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Geoffrey Sheldon Douglas, no age given, of 49 Doner St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of probation, two counts of interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation. 

, 67, of 39 Buckland St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt, first-degree assault, interfering with police and assault of a police officer. 

April 14

William Alton Breece, no age given, of 75 Tudor Lane, Manchester, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, threatening, unlawful restraint and breach of peace. 

Carr Dudley, no age given, of 25 Stone St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Steven J. Jagielo, no age given, of 46 Florence St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Andres Felipe Arias, no age given, of 85 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana. 

Jaime Moreno Valerio, no age given, of 66 Devon St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Jonathan Figueroa, no age given, of 641 Park St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Timothy J. Ennis, no age given, of 94 North St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to display lights. 

Allan Monroe, no age given, of 185 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to display headlights and drinking while driving.
