Robert Torres Jr., no age given, of 253 Walnut St., Manchester, was charged with falsely reporting an incident, breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. 

Melvin Janel Kennedy, no age given, of 1414 Lincoln Place Apt. 2, Brooklyn, NY, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of third-degree larceny and second-degree identify theft. 

Precious Denise McClendon, no age given, of 1302 Redfern Ave., Far Rockaway, NY, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of third-degree larceny and second-degree identify theft.

Kiara Naje Figueroa, no age given, of 1430 Redfern Ave., Far Rockaway, NY, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of third-degree larceny and second-degree identify theft.

Dennis Lipton Messias Jr., no age given, of 594 Lincoln Place, Brooklyn, NY, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of third-degree larceny and second-degree identify theft.

Steven Cole, no age given, of 228 East Barber St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and violation of a protective order. 

James Jesse Patman, no age given, of 32 Garth Rd., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Robert Earl McKinney, no age given, of 87 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with striking an officer with a motor vehicle, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, interfering with an officer and failure to appear.

Rueben Harris, no age given, of 18 Warner St., Hartford, was charged with four counts of failure to appear. 

Thomas R. Beltran, no age given, of 126 Sycamore St., Glastonbury, was charged with breach of peace. 

Heather Brown, no age given, of 108 Overhill Rd., Kunkletown, PA, was charged with breach of peace. 

Elizabeth Wilson, no age given, of 172 Weathersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Deyanna Bowers, no age given, of 197 Collins St. Apt. 3C, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Kathleen A. Brown-Zora, 977 Route 121, Windham, VT, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Dwayne Devone Meadows, 31 Cossette St., Waterbury, was charged with failure to respond to a public disturbance infraction. 

Estella E. Munroe, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. 

Basil A. Thompson, no age given, of 867 Taft St., West Hempstead, NY, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob's Stores. 

Steven Michael Langley Jr., no age given, of 21 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, strangulation and threatening. 

Gabriel R. Epstein, no age given, of 116 Edgewood Dr., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob's Stores.
