Eric Robert Madore, no age given, of 178 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without headlights. 

March 12

Gerardo M. Cruz, no age given, of 2222 Thistledown Dr., Louisville, KY, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree assault, unlawful restraint and second-degree reckless endangerment after police say he assaulted his girlfriend "while extremely intoxicated." 

Edwen A. Torres, no age given, of 38 Main St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Danielle Janine Woodard, 18, of 55 Moore Ave., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

Chelsey L. Huff, no age given, of 100 Kane St. Apt. C3, West Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.
