Steven Pinto, no age given, of 75 Lyness St., Manchester, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and simple trespassing after police say he was arrested carrying a knife on his neighbor's property. 

Dakota M. Rockwell, no age given, of 11 Bank St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
