After being off since last Friday, Manchester public school students will finally return to class on Wednesday. But it will only be for half a day. While Howell Cheney Technical High School has announced that it will not hold class on Wednesday, Feb. 13 2013.  Manchester Public Schools have announced they will resume classes on Wednesday, but follow the previously announced professional development schedule and dismiss early.  The Manchester Board of Education has also rescheduled its cancelled Board of Education meeting from Monday, Feb. 11 to Wednesday, where it will discuss, among other things, the Closing of Nathan Hale Elementary School.  The BOE's full agenda is attached to this article as a PDF.
