A player from a small town hit it big-time in Manchester with a winning CT Lottery ticket.
MANCHESTER, CT — A resident of a small eastern Connecticut hamlet ventured into Manchester and came out with a big CT Lottery win.
On Wednesday, a players named "Debra C" from Chaplin, cashed in a ticket worth $25,000 in the Ultimate 7s game.
Debra purchased the winning ticket at Sam's Food Store, located at 534 Middle Turnpike East in Manchester.
