MANCHESTER, CT — Because of delivery delays on the state's end, Manchester’s distribution of free at-home coronavirus test kits, initially planned for Friday, has been canceled.

"State officials notified cities and towns today that the test kits would not arrive on Thursday as planned and the specific time of arrival remains unknown at this time."
