Police ID Driver Killed In Manchester Crash
A Monday crash claimed the life of a Manchester resident, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police Tuesday identified the resident killed in a single car crash a day earlier.
Police said Earl Hayes, 60, of Manchester, was transported to a local trauma hospital after the crash, and he was later pronounced dead.
The accident took place at 10:32 a.m. Mmnday in the area of 138 West Center St.

Police said the vehicle driven by Hayes was heading east on West Center Street and veered off the road and collided with a utility pole.
