Manchester Police confirmed Tuesday afternoon that three men were in custody after a drive-by shooting on Oak Street.  According to Cpt. Christopher Davis of the Manchester Police Department, several shots were fired at approximately 2:34 p.m. near 243 Oak St., leading to a significant police presence in the Main Street area Tuesday afternoon.  Davis said no one was hit during the shooting, and that police had taken three men into custody.
