Residents certainly had a lot to say about the town budget proposed by General Manager Scott Shanley for the 2013-14 fiscal year last week. 

Mostly, those comments pertainedf to education, and how a potential reduction in the Board of Education's budget request would harm students, academic programs and extracurricular activities. 

But Manchester Patch wants to know what you think of Shanley's $169,388,904 proposed budget proposed budget, which includes a 3.6 percent tax increase.
