Top Prize In High-Priced CT Lottery Scratch Game Sold In Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester gas station has served up a top prize in a high-priced CT Lottery scratch game.

On Monday, an unnamed player from Manchester cashed in a $250,000 prize in the $250,000 CA$HWORD game.

The ticket was purchased at the filling station at 436 Center St., CT Lottery officials said.

The payout represented the third of four top prizes in the $20 scratch game.

The game was introduced on Oct. 16, 2024.
