The price tag for the 22 acres at 206 Oakland St. is a cool $5.920 million and the listing showed up on Zillow.com Tuesday afternoon.
According to the listing, the property is approved for a 148 unit townhome/condo project with the homes ranging from 1,300 to 2,000 square feet over various layouts.
