MANCHESTER, CT — A Vernon player has snagged a six-figure prize in CT Lottery on a scratch ticket bought in Manchester.
On Aug. 1, the unnamed winner cashed in a $100,000 prize in the $4,000,000 Fortune scratch game.
The ticket was purchased at the Cabs And Crafts convenience store, 630 East Middle Turnpike, in Manchester.
