And The Winner Of That $2.2 Million Lotto Prize Is ... A Manchester Player
A Manchester man has been identified as the big Lotto winner from a June drawing.

MANCHESTER, CT — It turns out that the player who captured a $2.2 million payoff in June in the CT Lottery's Lotto game is from Manchester — and so is the vendor that sold the ticket.
The CT Lottery Friday didn't identify the man's name (anonymity is an option for winners of more than $10,000), but did say he was from the Silk City.
The winner told CT Lottery officials that he is a longtime lottery player who picks his own numbers based on family birthdays.
