Winter Parking Ban Takes Effect In Manchester
The winter parking ban in Manchester has been activated.
MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester's wintertime parking ban on all pubic streets has taken effect.
Dec. 1 marks the annual parking shift until springtime.
Overnight parking is not allowed on public streets or municipal parking lots between the hours of 2 and 6 from now until April 1.

"Please support winter storm response efforts by parking your vehicle in conformance with the winter parking ban," police said.
