Decision Reached on School in Mansfield, Storrs Monday
Another snow storm is causing schools across Connecticut to announce scheduling changes.
Mansfield Public Schools are closed Monday, Feb. 8, due to inclement weather conditions, district officials announced.
The University of Connecticut also is closed.
Today marks the second snow day of the year for many districts after Friday’s closure.
Another half-foot of snow is expected in many parts of the state, particularly in the eastern portions.
A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Middlesex and New London counties, according to the National Weather Service, and a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for some of the other counties.
