David Trudeau, 49, of 2 Mt. Hope Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on South Eagleville Road and charged with risk of injury/impairing the morals of children, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Kevin Bowden, 27, of 98 Mansfield Hollow Rd., was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multi-lane highway.
