DUI Arrest

Rachel Nancy Groves, 23, of 195 Fitchville Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to have tail lamps.

Drug Arrest

Joel A. Javanainen-Brown, 19, of 220 Kozley Rd., Tolland, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with possession out of container, three counts of use of drug paraphernalia, use of a controlled substance: narcotics, possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogenic substance and possession of a controlled substance: non-narcotic.

Larceny Arrest

Rhonda Carboni, 45, of 114 Pleasant St., Willimantic, was arrested by state police at Big Y Supermarkets in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Larceny Arrest

Shamila Santini, 34, of 466 Ash ST., Willimantic, was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Katrin Pichie, 40, of 240 Cook Hill Rd., Danielson, was arrested by state police at Big Y Supermarkets in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
