DUI Arrest

Kelly C. Pinney, 23, of 28 Prospect St., Willimantic, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Stafford Road/South Eagleville Road and charged with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, insurance coverage failing the minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

DUI Arrest

Kane J. Campbell, 26, of 66 Daleville School Rd., Willington, was arrested by state police on Nipmuck Road and charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. 

1/26/13

Arrest

Leonardo Mercado, 39, was arrested by state police on Route 320 in Mansfield and charged with failure to appear in the first-degree.

1/25/13

Warrant Arrest

Dawn Plavnicky, 37, was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant and was charged with failure to have current rabies vaccination for dog/cat and cruelty to animals/intentional killing of a police animal. 

DUI Arrest

Dane Mattran, 21, of 101 Tallwood Dr., Vernon, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right. 

Warrant Arrest

Kristin L. Gardiner, 44, of 115 Gurleyville Rd., was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

Larceny Arrest

Erica Schuhmacher, 28, of 84 Spring St., Willimantic, was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
