Efrain Morales, 43, of Stafford Road, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Stafford Road and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Several credit cards were lost or stolen in the Big Y parking lot in Mansfield and have since been used fraudulently, according to a police report. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C.
