Mansfield Public Schools, E.O. Smith to Close Early

Due to the approaching snowstorm, Mansfield Public Schools will close early today, Jan. 28. E.O. Smith Regional High School will dismiss at 11:20 a.m.; there will be no afternoon/evening activities.

The National Weather Service is calling for snow before 4 p.m., with snow and sleet between 4 and 5 p.m. That could be followed by freezing rain and sleet, with daytime accumulation of 1 to 2 inches, the service added.
