Weather Impacts Mansfield School Schedule

School and town officials announce decision on class, municipal schedules.

Because of the weather, all Mansfield Public Schools including Region 19 schools are closed on Friday, Feb. 5.

Due to the inclement weather, the Town of Mansfield announces the following schedule changes for Town facilities:

  • Town Hall: Open regular schedule Friday.
  • Animal Shelter: Open regular schedule Friday
  • Community Center: Open regular schedule Friday; morning programs are cancelled.
  • Library: Open regular schedule Friday; morning programs are cancelled.
  • Refuse Pick Up: No change to regular trash service.
  • Senior Center: Open regular schedule; programs cancelled on Friday
  • Transfer Station: Closed on Friday
  • Transportation Center: Open on Friday. Riders should check the Peter Pan, UCONN and WRTD schedules for changes.
