Thousands Without Power in Mansfield, Storrs
As the snow continues, so do the power outages.
With the heavy, wet snow continuing to fall throughout Friday morning, there are now thousands of power outages reported in the Mansfield-Storrs area.
According to the Eversource outage map, as of 11:47 a.m. Friday, there were 2,630 customers in the Mansfield area without power. That is about 35 percent of the utility’s 7,623 customers.
