UConn Dorm Vandalism Under Investigation

UConn officials reportedly are investigating what is described as an act of vandalism on a name tag on a dorm room door at the Nathan Hale Inn and Conference Center in Storrs.

The Courant reports that a student told authorities that they had found on Saturday “the name “Mahmoud” and what appeared to be “killed paris” had been scrawled on” the door tag, and that the student’s name was crossed out.

UConn spokeswoman Stephanie Reitz said late Saturday the incident is under investigation by UConn Police.
