STORRS, CT — Seven former members of the University of Connecticut women's basketball team will compete in the inaugural season of Unrivaled, a new 3-on-3 professional basketball league.

Founded by UConn alumnae Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier, Unrivaled is a ground-breaking venture that will offer the highest average salary in women's professional sports league history.

Unrivaled features six clubs (Laces, Lunar Owls, Mist, Phantom, Rose, Vinyl) with six players per roster. Games will be played on a condensed full court with three seven-minute periods followed by a fourth played under "winning score." The winning score will be determined by adding 11 points to the leading team's score and the first team to reach that total wins the game.
