UConn Women's Basketball 2025-26 Big East East Schedule, Home Arena Designations Announced

STORRS, CT — The national champion University of Connecticut women's basketball team completed its 2025-26 schedule Friday with the announcement of the Big East Conference slate.

The Huskies also announced their 2025-26 home arena designations. UConn will host Florida State, Loyola Chicago, DePaul, Villanova, Notre Dame, Xavier, Creighton and Providence at Gampel Pavilion in Storrs.

The Huskies will host Southern Connecticut (exhibition), Ohio State, Marquette, Seton Hall, St. John’s, Tennessee, Butler and Georgetown at PeoplesBank Arena (formerly XL Center) in Hartford.

UConn had its highest home attendance average in 20 seasons in 2024-25 with 12 sell-outs.

The BIG EAST moves to 20 conference games this season with each team playing twice. The Huskies have won each regular season and tournament title since rejoining the league in 2020.

The 2026 BIG EAST Women’s Basketball Tournament returns to Mohegan Sun Arena.
