MERIDEN, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth more than $500,000 was sold Thursday at a business in Meriden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Bristol resident won $500,892 on a FAST PLAY - $10 STACKS OF CA$H PROGRESSIVE ticket that was sold at Cumberland Farms at 937 Broad St. in Meriden, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
