Christmas Tree Collection Details In Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — (From City of Meriden): The Meriden Department of Public Works will begin curbside collection of Christmas trees for residents living EAST of the railroad tracks from Tuesday, Jan. 3 through Friday, Jan. 13.
Residents on the WEST side will have their trees picked up beginning Tuesday, Jan. 17 through Friday, Jan. 27.
Residents can also bring their trees to the Transfer Station, located on Evansville Ave., for NO CHARGE from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays, from 7 a.m. to 12 noon on Wednesdays, and from 7 a.m. to 12 noon on the first and third Saturday.

All decorations must be removed and do not place the tree in a plastic bag.
