Meriden Fireworks 2022: Date, Information Announced

MERIDEN, CT — Meriden’s annual Independence Day fireworks display will be held Saturday, July 2 at Hubbard Park.

The rain date is July 8.

Castle Craig and the area surrounding the castle will be closed to the public for the entire day on July 2, according to officials.

Officials said the closure is “due to the fact that the fireworks are being set-up in the parking lot of Castle Craig for the Independence Day celebration.”

“Please plan accordingly and avoid the area, access to this area will be denied for the entire day on Saturday, July 2, 2022,” officials wrote in a news release.
