Meriden Police Blotter: Drug Deals, Fights and Police Chases
The following arrest information was provided by the Meriden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a busy week for police, officers responded to fights, arrested alleged drug dealers as part of investigations and took a man into custody who caused damage while running from police in May. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.
The Meriden Police Department reported the following arrests:
Aug. 12
Michael Roberts, 45, of 69 Butternut Drive in Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Aug. 12.
Johnny DeJesus, 52, of 168 Liberty St. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to insure motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Aug. 12.
Aug. 13
Hector Vazquez, 43, of 19 S. Second St. in Meriden, was charged with violation of probation, Aug. 13.
Richard Barry, 42, of 170 Colony St. in Meriden, was charged with interfering with police, criminal mischief, two counts of breach of peace and simple trespassing, Aug. 13.
Trevor Outlaw, 26, of 8 Greenway Place in Meriden, was charged with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics, distribution of narcotics and possession of narcotics near a prohibited place, Aug. 13.
Justine Boynton, 33, of 52 Cherry St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault, Aug. 13.
Douglas Fuschino, 26, of 52 Cherry St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation, Aug. 13.
Johanys M. Coreano, 19, of 14 Maple Drive in Meriden, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, Aug. 13.
Harold Feliciano, 31, of 131 Wildwood Road in Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, Aug. 13.
Jeremy James White, 35, of 29 Ward St. in Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery, Aug. 13.
Bryan Martin, 21, of 35 Winchester St. in Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with police, Aug. 13.
Jeremy Rodriguez, 26, of 167 Sulfur St. in Meriden, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility in an accident, reckless driving, failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey traffic signal and using a cell phone while driving, Aug. 13.
Aug. 14
Twanda Watson, 47, of 237 Grove St. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, Aug. 14.
Cinque Colon, 19, of 65 Liberty St. in Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, Aug. 14.
Rafael Rivera, 56, of 553 N. Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with violation of probation, Aug. 14.
Michael A. Smith, 19, of 283 Elm St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of liquor by a minor, Aug. 14.
Vincequan Wright, 24, of 47 Pine St. in Meriden, was charged with breach of peace, Aug. 14.
Nayra Santos, 36, of 1104 Hanover Ave. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, Aug. 14.
Carmen Sanchez-Garcia, 52, of 436 Bradley Ave. in Meriden, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace, Aug. 14.
Heather Nocera, 37, of 1012 Old Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Aug. 14.
Iyshia Lamboy, 29, of 86 Maple St. in Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Aug. 14.
Marieliz Vega, 25, of 86 Maple St. in Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Aug. 14.
Devin Banks, 39, of 5 Franklin St. in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police, second-degree criminal trespassing and violation of probation, Aug. 14.
Crystal L. Strachan, 20, of 51 Elm St. in Meriden, was charged with three counts of assault on a health care professional and breach of peace, Aug. 14.
Aug. 15
Marco Gonzalez, 42, of 65 Hillside Ave. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to insure motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Aug. 15.
Maurice D. Woolfolk, 25, of 72 Orient St. in Meriden, was charged with interfering with police and disorderly conduct, Aug. 15.
Brittany Dofresne, 25, of 72 Orient St. in Meriden, was charged with interfering with police and disorderly conduct, Aug. 15.
Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:
- Six people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
- Five people were cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
- Five people were cited with failure to grant right of way.
- Five people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
- Four people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
- Four people were cited with failure to maintain lane/failure to drive to the right.
- Four people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
- Three people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.

- One person was cited with failure to use turn signal.
- One person was cited with passing in a no passing zone.
- One person was cited with public drinking.
- One person was cited with driving the wrong way on a one-way road.
- One person was cited with failure to obey the signal of an officer.
- One person was cited with failure to stop at railroad crossing.
- One person was cited with failure to license a dog.
- One person was cited with failure to vaccinate a dog.
- One person was cited with creating a public disturbance.
- One person was cited with failure to wear seatbelt.
- One person was cited with violation of city park curfew.
