Meriden Police Blotter: Three Charged After Interfering with Late Night Call

A call in the wee hours of the morning on June 27 led police to arrest three individuals in connection with interfering with officers, but that’s just a few of the recent arrests. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Meriden Police Department reported the following arrests:

June 26

Joseph Palmer, 39, of 35 W. Main St. in Meriden, was charged with violation of probation, June 26.

Domenick M. Blancato, 53, of 755 W. Main St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 26.

Scott Reginald Marci, 31, of 416 Scott St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 26.

Gregory Hunter, 56, of 65 N. Plain Highway in Wallingford, was charged with driving under the influence and making an improper right turn, June 26.

June 27

Clifton Charles Dennis, 25, of 404 Blackstone Village in Meriden, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with police, June 27.

Angelica D. Arice, 31, of 608 Main St. in Portland, was charged with interfering with police, June 27.

Aimee Cesareo, 24, of 404 Blackstone Village in Meriden, was charged with interfering with police, June 27.

Charles Davis Jr., 32, of 1029 Old Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct, June 27.

David Scozzari Jr., 37, of 416 N. Colony Road in Wallingford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, June 27.

Jeremy Biggs, 21, of 451 S. Colony St. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of marker plates, failure to insure motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey control signal and driving without a license, June 27.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Two people were cited with creating a public disturbance.
  • One person was cited with improper parking.
  • One person was cited with reckless use of highway.
  • One person was cited with disobeying the signal of an officer.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
  • One person was cited with violation of city park curfew.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • One person was cited with unsafe backing.
