MERIDEN — A Meriden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 27, David Ortiz of Meriden, CT purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the H&amp;T Mini Mart in Meriden and won $10,000.
