Obituary: Epifanio Chaparro, 56, of Meriden
Epifanio, an avid music enthusiast, was a loving son, uncle and brother.
MERIDEN, CT - (From Meriden Memorial Funeral Home) Epifanio Chaparro, 56, beloved son, brother, uncle and friend passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 16, 2021 at his home.
He was born on December 26, 1964 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, the son of Ruben Chaparro Gonzalez and Dominga (Muniz) Chaparro. Epifanio was a longtime resident of Meriden.
He attended Platt High School.
Epi enjoyed trying his luck at scratch-off tickets and listening to music. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Epifanio is survived by his two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Sunday September 26th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and attend his funeral service at 2:30 p.m. at the Meriden Memorial Funeral Home, 450 Broad St., Meriden, CT.
