Steven C. Sola, 70, died on Feb. 22, 2025. He worked as a calibration technician for RFS, was a longtime Ham radio operator, and had a passion for photography, especially capturing images of eagles and birds of prey.
John F. Bruce, 90, died on Feb. 24, 2025. A USMC veteran and Providence College graduate, he spent 30 years as a youth officer in Wallingford, helping troubled youths, and served as president of the International Juvenile Officers Association.

Rosemarie C. (Faucher) Tessier, 87, died on Feb. 26, 2025. She worked at T.I. Automotive before retiring, was a parishioner of St. Coleman’s Church, and volunteered at the Middlefield Senior Center.
Bettie (Boehringer) Biederman, 92, died on Feb. 28, 2025. She taught second grade at Benjamin Franklin School in Meriden for 30 years, earned degrees in education, and was actively involved in her church.

Gabriel Lennon Kelly, 36, died on Feb. 16, 2025. An entrepreneur who started a donut business and later opened a restaurant, he was passionate about fast cars, devoted to his children, and had a heart for bringing people together with good food and warm hospitality.
John J. Mik Jr., 79, died on Feb. 11, 2025. A tool and die maker for over 40 years, he continued working part-time in retirement at Wess Tool & Die Co. and was inducted into the H.C. Wilcox Technical High School Sports Hall of Fame.
