Several More Stores Close At Meriden Mall: Reports

Despite the closures, several new additions are coming to the mall.

MERIDEN, CT — Several more stores have closed at the Meriden Mall, according to multiple reports.

WFSB 3 reports Imperial Gaming & Collectibles, Nail Box, Studio Brow, and a seasonal H&R Block branch have closed at the mall.

Spencer’s Gift will be closing its store on July 20 and is currently running a liquidation sale with up to 50 percent off everything in the store, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

The Connecticut Scoop also reports that several new additions are coming to the mall, including Total Wireless by Verizon and Abuelo’s Exclusive Coffee.

Abuelo’s Exclusive Coffee will be opening in the former Harry’s Eatery space on the first floor of the mall, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

Management confirmed to Patch earlier this year that Adventure Palace and Moz Pizza & Grinders would be opening at the Meriden Mall.

Adventure Palace has taken over the former Best Buy space, and Moz Pizza & Grinders has taken a food court location. The Best Buy closed in 2021.

Adventure Palace is a kids and family entertainment venue offering VR gaming, party rooms, slides, and bounce houses.
