Week of the Young Child

The Meriden-New Britain-Berlin YMCA child care programs celebrated early learning during the Week of the Young Child.

Children in Meriden YMCA child care programs enjoyed Music Monday, Try It Tuesday, Work Together Wednesday and Artsy Thursday activities. Students in the Head Start program made and played musical instruments, decorated aprons and made a special snack, built Lego cities with their families, and created beautiful art.
