Middletown Main Street Parcel Sells For Nearly $1 Million

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A building on Main Street in Middletown was recently sold for nearly $1 million.

The sale price for 530 Main St., according to the online portal Zillow, was $930,000.

In all, the building measures 15,136 square feet. It sits near the intersection of Main and Ferry streets.

The sale closed on Feb. 28, according to Zillow.
