MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Newington earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 17, Glenn Chamberland, of Middletown, purchased a 20x Cash 6th Edition ticket from the Citgo in Newington and won $20,000.
