MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Cromwell earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 14, Donald Fracassini, of Middletown, purchased a 200x ticket from the Stop & Shop in Cromwell and won $40,000.
