The Citizen's Police Academy is a 10-week course where Middletown residents will get an inside look at police department operations.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — Middletown’s Police Department is now accepting applications for its Citizen’s Police Academy.
Applications must be received by Wednesday, Dec. 20. Space is limited.
The application can be found on the Middletown Police Department website.

The Citizen’s Police Academy is a 10-week course for Middletown residents where they will get an inside look at police department operations and hands-on practicals to give them an insight into the law enforcement profession.
To apply, the Middletown resident must be 18 years old and pass a background check.

The Citizen’s Police Academy is scheduled for Jan. 17, 2024, through March 27, 2024, every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
