Middletown's Historic Nehemiah Hubbard House Goes On The Market
The home of a prominent Revolutionary War-era figure in Middletown is for sale.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — An estate built in Middletown in 1744 has gone on the market.
The Nehemiah Hubbard House appeared for sale on the real estate web portal Zillow Thursday.
The asking price for the red colonial home on 10-plus acres at 15 Laurel Grove Road is $1.499. million.

According to town records, Hubbard was a prominent banker and merchant in town who served as the quartermaster for Middletown during the Revolutionary War. He was also the first president of Middletown Bank.
