Obituary: George Moran, 76, Of Middletown
"George and his wife were givers, if they had extra of something you better believe they would pass it on to someone in need."

MIDDLETOWN, CT — (From Meriden Funeral Home): George Moran, of Middletown, formerly of Meriden, was a simple man. He loved his wife Laura, his mini poodle, Reneé and the small moments of life.
Earlier in his life, he would enjoy an ice-cold beer from his personal fridge in the garage surrounded by his favorite fishing poles, tools, and police radio. He would take drives with Laura listening to their favorite country songs and the king of music, Elvis.
When it came to cars, he was All American. Not only did he love Chevy and Ford, but he had an admiration for Hess toy trucks.
