Obituary: Kevin A. Novoa, 23, Of Cromwell

CROMWELL, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Kevin A. Novoa, 23, of Cromwell, passed away May 18, 2023 from injuries suffered from a motorcycle accident.

Kevin was born in Michoacán. Mexico on June 15, 1999, a son of Hector and Elizabeth (Franco) Novoa.

Kevin was a great son, brother, cousin, and friend to many. He enjoyed his life to the fullest. His passions included snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, fixing and showing out his cars.

Kevin brought laughter and joy to anyone he encountered. He was full of grit and tenacity; he always faced any problem head on and was fearless. He was also part of the United States Air Force, where he proudly served his country at home and on deployment across the world in Qatar. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

Surviving besides his parents are his siblings; Elizabeth G. Novoa, Kayle A. Novoa, Tabatha S. Novoa, & Juan P. Novoa. Other loved ones include Catalina G. Novoa, Josue J. Flores, Maria E. Novoa, Rosalva Flores, and many more.

Kevin’s family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday, directly at Most Holy Trinity Church in Wallingford. Interment with full military honors will be in State Veterans’ Cemetery in Middletown.
