2 Fire Personnel Sworn-In As Captain, Lieutenant: Milford FD

Milford Fire Department is celebrating after swearing two fire personnel to new roles within the fire department.

MILFORD, CT – Milford Fire Department is celebrating as two fire personnel were sworn into different roles.

Adam Hansen, Milford Fire Department PIO, said Brandon Edo was sworn in as Captain of the Milford Fire Department.

Hansen said Edo’s current assignment is shift captain of Squad 1 on the “B” shift.

Following Edo’s swearing-in, Brian Carpenter was sworn in as lieutenant.

“We wish Edo the best of luck on his new role and look forward to things to come,” Hansen said.

Hansen said Carpenter joined the Milford Fire Department in 2013 and served as a firefighter for many companies, including Tower 1, Quint 5 and Squad 1.

Carpenter’s current assignment is Engine 4, Lieutenant on “B” Shift.

“We look forward to his continued contributions to our organization,” Hansen said.
