Brats on a Bun Nears Opening in Milford
'We'll be ready to go by July 4,' reads a recent message on the restaurant's Facebook page.
It looks like Brats on a Bun will be opening in Downtown Milford, across from Café Atlantique, in the coming weeks.
“We’re busy painting and renovating to make our place look as great as our food,” reads a message posted on the restaurant’s Facebook page Tuesday.
“Stay tuned, guys," it continues. "Opening day isn’t far off.”

Over the weekend, the Facebook page shared this photo of brats on the grill – that’s before they make it to the bun – with the comment: “We will have a set date soon but we’ll be ready to go by July 4.”
Future patrons will be able to dig their teeth into five kinds of brats: traditional, smoked, spicy, chicken and the “All American,” according to their menu posted here.
