Together we will enter a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey, a guided meditation designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and awaken the inner light that has been quietly waiting beneath the surface.
During this nourishing evening, you’ll experience:
 Gentle breathwork to ease tension and invite a deep sense of stillness. Your Seed of Intention (Sankalpa) to align your heart with the light you are cultivating. Rotation of consciousness to release stress and drift into effortless rest. An extended, multi-sensory Winter Solstice journey into a luminous inner landscape&nbsp;where darkness becomes s safe haven and light emerges from within. Moments of reflection, renewal, and shared connection with yourself and with the circle of women gathered in warmth.
This gathering is a ​circle​ of women where you can exhale, feel supported, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow, and blanket for comfort.
