Former Milford Bank Building Sold For $1.25 Million
A piece of commercial real estate was sold and will become a physical therapy practice.
MILFORD, CT — A former Milford Bank building was sold and will become a physical therapy office.
The 5,147-square-foot building at 295 Boston Post Road sold for $1.25 million and will be used as a Prolete Physical Therapy office, according to a statement.
Michael Richetelli, president and broker of Colonial Properties, represented the seller. The buyer, BB 295, LLC was represented by Holli Shanbrom and Tom Cavaliere of Coldwell Banker Realty.

The seller was represented by attorney Joy Topazian Moore with Curseaden & Moore, LLC in Milford; the buyer was represented by attorney Max Case with Jacobi & Case, P.C. also in Milford.
Richetelli said in a statement that the transaction demonstrates "the continued strong demand in the market for owner/user opportunities. Buyers from many different industries are actively seeking out properties where they can build equity while operating their businesses.”
